After you have made your order, your item will be processed and packaged within 1-2 days and sent out via Tracked Service. You should receive your package within 3-5 days.

Returns & refunds 

Batanaful holds the right to offer a refund on all items that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

We can only offer a refund on products that are unused and have not been opened, with original packaging. The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility. If you wish to return an item, please email us at support@batanaful.com

We do not offer refunds due to custom fees. By agreeing to the terms and conditions during check out you are agreeing to these terms
